1. Introduction

Welcome to Lumina Dough. By accessing our website, purchasing our stone-ground flours, or enrolling in our baking workshops, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms. We don't want to make things complicated, but we do need to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding artisan quality and safety.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you shouldn't use our services or purchase our dough-making kits. Simple as that.

2. Workshop Cancellations

Our workshops require significant preparation—sourdough starters don't just happen overnight! Because of the perishable nature of the materials we prep, we require a 72-hour notice for any cancellations. Within that window, we won't be able to offer a full refund, though we'll try our best to move your seat to a future date if possible.

Can I transfer my seat to a friend? Absolutely. Just drop us an email so we know who is joining the flour-dusted fun.

3. Product Usage & Safety

We pride ourselves on 100% natural artisan blends. However, baking is a science. While we provide detailed instructions for our sourdough starter kits, the outcome depends on your kitchen's environment. We're not responsible for that third-day rise failure, but our team is always available for a digital consultation to troubleshoot your dough.
